Puerto Rico is a place I’ve been hearing so much about! The gorgeous surf towns and the colorful buildings. I decided to finally make the visit and experience this gorgeous fun place! I first went to San Juan where I finally tried my first Mofongo dish, a Puerto Rican favorite! I was able to see the stunning forts that are all throughout the city. The people were incredibly friendly here but most didn’t speak much English, I should have brushed up on my Spanish beforehand.
Next I took off to the small surf town of Rincón, a HUGE and popular surf town. This place is defiantly up and coming for tourism. It’s about 2 hours away from San Juan but defiantly worth the visit. I didn’t get a chance to surf but I went snorkeling and swam in the Ocean and hiked around. The place is stunning and a much calmer than San Juan. View my Video and photos below! 🙂

The Stunning forts that are all over San Juan. I recommend visiting these two: Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Castillo de San Cristóbal.
My first Monfongo! Places I recommend with AWESOME Mofongo: Orozco’s Restaurant or Punto de Vista Rooftop Restaurant
La copa llena is one of my favorite restaurants EVER! This is a MUST if you’re ever in Rincon. I went here twice and the food is amazing, plus it’s right on the ocean with a gorgeous calming view.
My first Shark tacos ever. These were along the street when I was walking to the ocean. Was surprised how tasty it was.
